At SophiG-Tech, we prioritize flexibility and convenience for our customers. To ensure efficient order processing, we have established the following cancellation policy.

How to Cancel Your Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund. Please send an email to sophig-tech.support@sophimarket.com with your order details and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Window

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders can be canceled without any charge within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • After 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee order cancellation as your order may have already been processed and shipped. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.

Refunds

If you cancel your order within the allowed 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account statement.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has commenced.
  • Pre-order Items: Orders containing pre-order items may be subject to specific cancellation terms, depending on the stage of production or procurement.
