If this happens, we will contact you via email to inform you of the situation. For payments made through boleto or bank transfer, we offer a refund option. For installment payments, the remaining installments will be adjusted, excluding the unavailable item. There is always the option to replace the out-of-stock item with a similar product.

Payment Authorization: If your payment is not authorized, the boleto expires, or payment is not made within 5 days, your order will be automatically canceled. You can make the purchase again using another payment method or request a new boleto.

Order Processing: Orders will only be shipped after payment has been approved in our system. Credit card payments are usually processed immediately, but delays may occur if there are any issues. Boleto payments may take up to 2 business days to process.
