SophiG-Tech Return Policy

15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you wish to send it back.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at sophig-tech.support@sophimarket.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. The cost of return shipping (from the buyer’s address to the store’s address) will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

For international returns outside Japan, please be aware that shipping back to us may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products such as special orders or personalized items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you may return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can choose a new item of equal or greater value, with payment for the difference if applicable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We guarantee that the refund will be processed within this time frame, but please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
